Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Coomera Football Club will be held as follows:
Date: Sunday, 29th March 2026
Time: 14.00pm – 15.00pm
Location: Signature Room, Top Golf, Entertainment Road, Oxenford
The purpose of the AGM is to:
- Receive and consider reports from the President, Treasurer, and Committee
- Present the club’s financial statements
- Elect office bearers and committee members for the upcoming season
- Consider any other business in accordance with the club constitution
Nominations for committee positions and motions for general business should be submitted in writing to the Secretary by 9th March 2026, in accordance with the club’s constitution.
We look forward to your attendance and continued support of the club.

To help keep our club safe and welcoming, please make sure cars are parked only in marked parking bays and not on the grass. Clear parking areas improve visibility for drivers and, most importantly, help keep kids and families safe when moving around the grounds.
Parking on the grass can also attract council fines, something we’d all rather avoid. Thanks for doing the right thing and helping us look after our club and our people 💖
